"Self-Emptying" Advantage Urinal System Eliminates Spills and Decreases Odor

The Advantage urinal system is an excellent alternative for patients who have difficulty with standard urinals, particularly those who suffer from movement or mobility disorders such as Parkinson's and MS. Since nothing attaches to patients, it increases their independence and dignity. This uniquely designed "always empty" hand-held urinal is attached to a 2000 ml drainage bag with anti-reflux chamber for extended urine collection. This allows caregiver to empty bag once per shift rather than once per hour, decreasing the potential for patient skin breakdown caused by extended exposure to urine. Because the system stays in bed with patients, they won't have to get up at night; therefore, risks of falls are also greatly decreased. Available in standard, male and female versions. Male system without lid has foam ring around rim for comfort. Female system has foam ring, plus it contours to female body with an oval opening.

Return Policy

We offer a 20 day customer satisfaction guarantees. If for you are not satisfied with the product, we can accept returns under the following circumstances:

Product is not used, clean and not damaged (unless it was damages during the delivery of product)
Must have same packaging and materials the product came with
Product must arrive at vendor within 20 days from customer receipt of item
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product arriver already damaged.

Restocking Fee

Due to the cost associated with the return of good there is an 10% stocking fee for all returned products

No Returns:
Hospital beds, ultra light weight wheelchairs & opened bath safety products cannot be returned. We are sorry but due to public health & hygiene issues, certain items cannot be returned. We can only accept returns on Bath safety, Incontinence, and nutritional products that have been un-opened.

If you would like to return or exchange a product you will need to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Return shipment is responsibility of customer unless the product is damaged. Please call our Customer Service Rep for more info

Refunds are credited to customer after the approval off product return by customer service rep.

Cancellations
We try to make sure that products ship quickly. If a customer cancels an order after we already shipped it, we consider it a return product and the policies stated above apply.

If you decide that you would like to exchange the product or return it call 1-800-355-2098 to talk to our customer service reps to obtain a Return Authorization Number. WITHOUT A RA NUMBER CANNOT BE CREDITED.
