The MSS Tilt& Recline is designed for children with moderate to severe physical involvement. It features an easy tilt and recline mechanism with up to 45 degrees tilt and the back reclines from 80° up to 140°. The basic model includes all the following features with a choice of either a hi or low wheeled base. Tray - horizontal positioning device.
- Footrest – adjustable in height and depth.
- Seat – adjustable in depth.
- Armrest – adjustable in height and angle.
- Back – adjustable in height and angle.
- Headrest – adjustable in height, depth and angle. It rotates and can be placed off center.
- Lateral supports – individually adjustable in height and width.
- Abductor – adjustable in height and depth. It can be placed between the thighs or turned around and placed between the knees.
- Belt – adjustable pelvic belt.
- Harness – zippered trunk harness in an H configuration for anterior chest support.
- Base – choice of hi or low wheeled base that allows the MSS Tilt & Recline to be used as floor sitter and a high chair. The hi base will bring the seating system up to table height. Additional bases may be purchased.
Return
Policy
We offer a 20 day customer satisfaction guarantees. If for you
are not satisfied with the product, we can accept returns under the following
circumstances:

Product is not used, clean and not damaged
(unless it was damages during the delivery of product)

Must have same packaging and materials the
product came with

Product must arrive at vendor within 30 days
from customer receipt of item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility
of the customer unless product arriver already damaged.
Restocking Fee
Due
to the cost associated with the return of good there is an 10% stocking
fee for all returned products
No Returns:
Hospital beds, ultra light weight wheelchairs & opened bath safety products
cannot be returned. We are sorry but due to public health & hygiene issues,
certain items cannot be returned. We can only accept returns on Bath safety,
Incontinence, and nutritional products that have been un-opened.
If you would like to return or exchange a product
you will need to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Return shipment is
responsibility of customer unless the product is damaged. Please call our

Refunds are credited to customer after the approval
off product return by customer service rep.
Cancellations
We try to make sure that products ship quickly. If a customer cancels an
order after we already shipped it, we consider it a return product and the
policies stated above apply.
If you decide that you would like to exchange the
product or return it call 1-800-355-2098 to talk to our customer service reps
to obtain a Return Authorization Number. WITHOUT A RA NUMBER CANNOT BE
CREDITED.
